银—铋—镧合金内氧化工艺的研究

摘要 银铋镧合金是一种银-氧化物接点材料。它具有接触电阻低、耐烧损、好的耐磨性和耐熔焊性等优良性能。通过对不同温度、不同时间银铋镧合金内氧化试样的硬度测量和金相组织、氧化层界限观察等,确定了合适且简便易行的内氧化工艺。测出的氧化层厚度和时间的关系遵循C.Wagner理论。 AgBiLa alloy is a kind of silveroxide contact material. It has various excellent properties, Such as lower contact resistance, fine burn-out resistance, good reststances to wear fusing and soldering. The processing technique of internal oxidation, which is convenient and easy to operate, has been established by measuring the vickers hardness, examining the microstructure and studying the boundary of the oxidized layer of the oxidized samples of AgBiLa alloy at different temperatures and times. The relationship between thickness of oxidized layer and time agrees with C. Wagner theory.
