摘要
为避免产生热裂应适当降低浇注温度 ,提高型壳温度。在浇注系统设计时 ,避免金属液冲击型腔 ,避免铸件 直浇道 横浇道形成框形结构等也是避免热裂的有效措施。防止铸件变形的措施有 :减缓铸件薄壁部位的冷却速度 ;改变蜡模组装方向 ,克服因重力产生的变形 ;尽量设置单个内浇道 ;增设防变形工艺肋 ;采用反变形和变形转移措施等。
Proper decrease in pouring temperature and increase in shell mold temperature are helpful to preventing hot tear. Some effective measures to prevent hot tear,including avoidance of liquid metal to impact mold cavity and of casting-sprue-runner to form rectangular structure, were proposed during design of gating system. The measures to prevent casting deformation is shown as follows: decreasing cooling rate of thin-walled location in casting, changing assembly direction of wax pattern to overcome the deformation owning to the gravity, possibly setting single ingate, adding reinforced rib, using reverse deflection and deformation transfer.
