摘要 目的 探讨二维及彩色多普勒血流显像在软组织海绵状血管瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 对 4 1例软组织海绵状血管瘤行二维及彩色多普勒血流显像研究。结果 软组织海绵状血管瘤具有明显的二维超声特点 ,表现为形态多样的窦状扩张管样结构。彩色多普勒检查示丰富的红蓝相间血流信号 ,呈缓慢持续样。变换体位或挤压周围软组织后血流信号明显增加 ,并随周围软组织压力的改变色彩也相应发生改变 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 二维及彩色多普勒血流显像是一种简便、有效的辅助检查方法。 Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue by ultrasonography. Methods Forty-one patients were examined by ultrasonography and confirmed with pathology. Results Cavernous hemangioma in soft tissue had obvious features by high resolution grey-scale ultrasonography. It showed different patterns of cavernous expansion and abundant red or blue color signals in cavernous veins on color Doppler flow image. Blood signals were obviously enhanced after the change of soft tissue pressure (P<0.01). Conclusion Ultrasonography is a useful, specific and helpful method in diagnosing cavernous hemangioma of soft tissue.
