摘要
在生产和社会实践中,经常遇到诸如设计方案评选、企业评价、成果评奖之类的评价问题。在评价实践中,常有多个评价者同时参与,当评价者意见(评价结果)不一致时,就需集各评价者的意见为一体,用其作为群体的意见。这种集各评价者意见的方法及其用于评价的行为称为群体评价,相应单个评价者的方法及评价行为称为个体评价。群体评价是在个体评价的基础上进行的。
In this paper ,a after the process of group appraising has been analysed,the concept of group pre-appraising and group post-appraising is put forword.In group pre-appraising,we have discussed the methods.that generating group appraising model from individual appraising model by joining rules.In group post-apprising,a new group post-appraising method-fuzzy Borda number analysis-has been put forword.
