摘要
目的 :研究骨桥蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌组织中骨桥蛋白和MMP 9的表达。结果 :60例胃癌组织中骨桥蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶 9表达的阳性率分别为 73 3% ( 4 4/ 60 )、66 7% ( 4 0 / 60 ) ,骨桥蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶 9的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移程度及有无远处转移有关。骨桥蛋白和MMP 9的表达均与肿瘤的分化程度无关。结论 :骨桥蛋白和MMP 9在胃癌组织中表达均较正常胃组织增强 ,能够作为反映肿瘤的生物学特性 ,评估预后的重要参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in gastric cancer and their correlation with clinicopathologic features.Methods The expression of osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 was examinedly using immunohistochemistry method.Results In 60 gastric cancer tissues,the positive expression rates of osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 were 73.3%(44/60),66.7%(40/60)respectively.Osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression was related to invasion depth,tumor diameter,lymphnode and distant metastasis.The expression of osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 had no relation with the extent of differentiation.Conclusions Osteopontin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 are overexpressed in gastric cancer.The expression of them can show the biological characteristics of gastric cancer and be the important indicator of prognosis.The expression of them is coordinated in gastric cancer.
