摘要
本文利用层次分析法对科研课题的考核与评定的问题进行结构层次划分,采用德尔菲法进行专家征询,构造判断矩阵,再利用层次分析法计算出多个因素总排序的权值,最后利用模糊综合评判法,对课题完成情况进行最终考核评定。
In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process is used to divide the checkup and evaluation layers of scientific research subject. It processes the expert' s advice and makes up the judgement matrix by Delphi algorithm. Then, it utilizes the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of the order of multiple factors. Finally, it makes use of the fuzzy comprehensive judgement method to check up and evaluate the scientific research subject.
