摘要
根据瓦斯传感器自动调零和灵敏度校正的机理,设计了以80C31单片机为核心的自动调校系统,实验表明:该系统可显著提高瓦斯传感器测量精度,具有性价比高、稳定可靠的特点。阐述了系统的工作原理、设计方案、硬件组成及软件设计,并给出系统自动调校前后的测试对比结果。
According to the mechanism of the automatic zero adjustment and sensitivity correction of the methane sensor,the automatic adjustment and correction system is designed with the 80C31 single-chip microcomputer as its core.The experiment work revealed,this system can greatly raise the measurement precision of the methane sensor with the characteristics of high quality low cost and stability and reliability.The working principle,the design scheme,the hardware circuits design and the software programs are stated,and the tested results revealed without and with the automatic adjustment and correction system are given.
