摘要
在电站锅炉运行中,锅炉四管(省煤器,水冷壁,过热器,再热器)的泄漏是造成机组非计划停运的主要原因,由此可见认真做好防止锅炉受热面的泄漏和爆破工作,对保证机组安全稳定经济运行是十分关键的。本文主要分析引起某电厂锅炉前屏过热器爆破的原因、处理及应该采取的预防措施。
During the operation of the power plant boiler, the leakage of four kinds of tubes in the boiler(economizer tube, water cooling wall tube, superheater tube and reheater tube) is the main cause of the unplanned outage. So, to prevent the leakage and explosion of boiler is signifi cant for ensuring safely and economical operation of the generator unit. In this paper, the cause, processing and preventive measures for the tube explosion of the boiler's front platen superheater are analyzed.
