摘要
高职教育中"产学结合"培养模式已成为培养应用型人才的主渠道,产学结合培养应用型人才模式如何实施,如何提高"产学结合"人才培养模式的有效性,本文从体会高职教育的内涵和"产学结合"定位入手, 细化产学结合操作流程,明确产学结合组织保证和教学保证,做好学生的组织和安排工作,争取企业的配合和支持六个方面进行了阐释。
The training mode of production and learning to combine in higher education has become a main channel to train applied talents. How to implement the mode of production and learning to combine and training applied talents? How to improve its efficiency? This article starts with the connotation of higher education and position of production and learning to combine, concerning six aspects, such as thinning the operation steps of production and learning to combine, clarifying the organizational guarantee and teaching guarantee of production and learning to combine, organizing and settling the students well and striving for the cooperation and support of enterprises and so on.
