摘要
从高职院校自身发展的角度分析外聘教师队伍出现的客观必然性以及外聘教师队伍出现的积极意义,指出了外聘教师队伍建设的重要性,并从实际出发探讨了外聘教师管理中存在的问题及解决的办法。
This article analyzes the objective necessity and active meaning of the external teachers’emergence from the advancement of higher vocational college,points out the importance to construct an external teachers’proces- sion,and discusses the problems existing in external teachers’management and the methods to resolve the correlative problem from the practical point of view.
