摘要
高校毕业生尤其是特殊群体毕业生"就业难"的问题已成为全社会关注的焦点问题,本文在分析当前大学生就业竞争中特殊群体毕业生所处的不利现状及其成因的基础上,从多方面对如何促进高校特殊群体毕业生顺利就业进行思考和探讨,并提出相应的解决对策。
The problem of university graduates especially special group’s difficult job-finding has become the focal point which is paid attention to by the entire society.Based on the analysis of the disadvantageous present situation and origin about the current university special students’ employment competition,this article has a ponder and discussion on how to promote the university special graduates to get employed smoothly from multi-aspects and proposes the corresponding solution countermeasures.
