摘要
用Gleeble 1500型热模拟机对Cu Al2O3复合材料的塑性变形进行了试验分析。结果表明,在300~600℃, ε≤1/s时,随着应变的增加,复合材料的流动应力迅速达到极值点后,逐步减小;变形时温度变化较小,并且变形后晶粒无粗化现象;还分析了温度及应变速率的影响。
The deformation of CuAl2O3 materials was analyzed using a Gleeble1500 thermal simulation tester. The results show that the flow stress reached the peak, then decreased with the increase of strain between 300~600℃ and at ≤1/s. After deformation the grain was very small and the microstructure was not changed. The change of the deformation temperature was little. The effect of temperature and strain rates was also analyzed.
