摘要
对不同热处理状态的3Cr2W8V钢进行了热疲劳破坏试验,分析了热处理工艺对3Cr2W8V钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,采用1050℃×1h+850℃×0.5h→750℃×0.5h(三次)预处理,再经1100℃淬油、450℃×2h回火和-70℃×30min冷处理+450℃×2h回火工艺,能提高模具的热疲劳寿命。
Experiments of thermal fatigue under different heat treatments and analyses of the effect of heat treating process on structure and property of die steel 3Cr2W8V have been made. The results show that the fatigue life of the die can be improved by using the heat treating process of 1 050℃×1h+850℃×0.5h→750℃×0.5h (three times) preheat treatment, 1 100℃ oil quenching, 450℃×2h tempering, -70℃×30min cold treatment and 450℃×2h tempering.
