摘要
对定向凝固合金叶片的断裂故障进行了分析,在断口观察与金相组织分析的基础上,对叶片的失效模式与失效原因进行了研究,并提出了预防该类故障发生的措施。结果表明,定向凝固合金叶片的断裂是由表面再结晶而导致的疲劳断裂失效。叶片表面的再结晶在叶片使用之前就已存在,是由于固溶热处理前叶片的表面存在塑性变形,在固溶热处理过程中形成的。
The fracture of blades made of a directionally solidified superalloy was analyzed. The failure mode and cause were studied in virtue of fracture observation and metallographic structure analysis. The results show that the fracture on the superalloy blades resulted from the surface recrystallization on the blades. Owing to the plastic deformation on the blade surface, recrystallization formed on the solid solution heat treatment. Before blade application, recrystallization zone existed already on its two sides and surface. Effective measures are proposed to prevent the superalloy blades from recrystallization and fatigue failure.
