口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的作用被引量：3

摘要目的分析不同种类口腔修复膜材料,应用于牙种植患者中对引导骨再生的作用及价值。方法选取2016年2月-2018年4月东莞市人民医院收治的70例牙种植患者为研究对象,采取就诊日期单双号分为研究组和对照组各35例,研究组采用海奥口腔修复膜,对照组采用博特医用原胶膜,比较两组修复成功率、术后并发症发生率、术后骨厚度测量值、术后植骨厚度测量值、修复效果满意率。结果研究组修复成功率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%;研究组术后并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%;研究组术后骨厚度测量值、术后植骨厚度测量值高于对照组;研究组修复效果总满意率为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对牙种植患者采取海奥口腔修复膜的效果优于博特医用原胶膜,前者对引导骨再生的作用更为明显。
