摘要
目的探讨手术室细节护理提高手术室护理安全性的应用价值,为临床应用提供参考。方法选择高唐县人民医院2017年9月-2018年5月行手术治疗的136例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各68例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用细节护理。评估比较两组应用效果。结果观察组手术室护理质量及安全性评分均高于对照组;观察组护理满意率为92.6%,明显高于对照组的79.4%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理工作开展细节护理有助于提高护理工作的质量,提升护理安全性,保证患者手术安全,提高患者护理满意程度,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of the detailed nursing in operating room to improve the safety of nursing in operating room,to provide reference for clinical application.Methods 136 patients who underwent surgical treatment in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 68 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received detailed nursing on the basis of the control group.The application effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The nursing quality and safety scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.6%,which was significantly higher than 79.4%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room is helpful to improve the quality of nursing work,enhance nursing safety,ensure patients’operation safety,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing.It has high application value.
