摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预降低重症患者压疮隐患率的效果。方法选取2016年8月23日-2017年2月23日高唐县人民医院重症住院、压疮高风险患者152例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各76例,对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施综合性护理干预,比较两组患者相关护理缺陷发生情况及现况值。结果对照组相关护理缺陷项目不合格项目数为134项,观察组为62项。观察组现况值为13.60%,对照组为29.38%。结论综合性护理干预有助于降低重症患者压疮隐患率,有利于重症患者恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention to reduce the hidden danger rate of pressure sore in severe patients.Methods 152 cases of severe inpatients with high risk of pressure ulcer in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from August 23,2016 to February 23,2017 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 76 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of related nursing defects and the current value were compared between the two groups.Results There were 134 unqualified items in the control group and 62 unqualified items in the observation group.The current value was 13.60%in the observation group and 29.38%in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to reduce the hidden risk rate of pressure sore in severe patients,and is conducive to the recovery of severe patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
