产权与分工的制度逻辑——来自全国9省的调研证据 被引量:2

Institutional Logic of Property Rights and Labor Division——Research Evidence from Nine Provinces in China

摘要 劳动分工源于'斯密定理',受限于来源资产专用性和风险性的资源特性。已有研究表明,产权细分有利于专业化和生产效率的提升,但产权与分工存在何种制度逻辑不得而知。本文采取全国9省分层抽样2 704个农户调研数据,使用tobit和ologit模型实证估计产权与纵向分工和横向分工的关系。结果表明:产权细分是劳动分工深入的前提。其中,法定赋权显著促进纵向分工的深入,而产权知觉显著抑制纵向分工,与横向分工呈显著正相关;社会规范仅当在控制地域组间差异时才会显著负向影响横向分工,行为能力却对劳动分工不存在显著影响。在专用性资产约束下,法定赋权有利于产权细分,卷入分工经济,产权知觉只显著促进横向分工的深入;而在风险性约束下,法定赋权和产权知觉则显著限制横向分工和纵向分工的深化。 The division of labor stems from'Smith Theorem',limited by the resource characteristics of asset specificity and risk.Some studies have shown that the subdivision of property rights is beneficial to the improvement of specialization and production efficiency but not known by which institutional logic in property and division of labor.In this paper,we use Tobit and Ologit model to estimate the relationship between property right and vertical division of labor and horizontal that based on the data of 2 704 households surveyed by stratified sampling from nine provinces in China.The results show that the subdivision of property right is the premise for the labor division.In this results,legal empowerment promotes vertical division of laborsignificantly,while property perception inhibits that significantly,correlated with the horizontal division of labor positively;social norms have significant negative effects on horizontal division of labor only when controlling regional differences,and behavior capacity has no significant impact on labor division;to be true,legal empowerment is beneficial to property subdivision involved in the economy of labor division and property perception only promotes this horizontal division of labor significantly under the constraint of asset specificity,but legal empowerment and property perception restrict the horizontal division of labor and vertical that significantly under risk constraints.
