摘要
针对手表测量和故障诊断过程中表音信号较难提取的问题,提出一种有效的降噪方法。首先对两个传声器进行合理布局,着重分析了传声器相互位置的关系。然后,优化设计了具有带通滤波功能的多级放大电路,从而有效地减少噪声信号的干扰并经行表音信号的增益放大。最后,通过对表音信号的测试实验,证明所采用方法的有效性,这项工作在手表检测方面具有积极的实际应用意义。
Aiming at the problem of the difficult extraction of watch acoustical signal in watch testing and fault diagnosis, a method for reducing noise signal is presented. Firstly, layout microphones properly and emphasize on analyzing the relationship between the microphone position. Then, design multistage amplifier circuit with the function of bandpass filter to reduce noise and amplify watch signal. Finally, verify the validity of the proposed method through experiments, this work has a positive practical significance in watch testing.
