Design of parallel power supply system for electronic instruments based on switching power supply technology

摘要 基于开关电源技术设计了由稳压电源和监测控制模构成的并联供电系统。电压控制采用电压调节器LM2596实现。在监测和控制电路中采用STC12C5A32S2单片机作为监控和控制核心。使用小信号放大器AD620放大采集到的信号并使用LM393进行两支路信号的采集。采用主从均流的方法对采集到的电流信号进行计算分配,并自动调整每个支路的电流大小。当系统负载电流超过设定值时,启动保护电路切断电源并且延迟一定的时间后,系统自动恢复供电。经过测试,该系统能够很好的实现电流分配,效率可以达到80%以上,电流的相对误差小于2%。 The parallel power supply system(PPSS) for electronic instruments, composed of voltage regulator and controlling module, has been successfully designed based on switching power supply technology in this paper. The voltage was controlled using voltage regulator LM2596. The microcomputer on single chip STC12C5A32S2 was used as the monitoring and controlling core.The collected signal was amplified by small signal amplifier AD620, and the signals acquisition through two channels was realized using LM393. The collected current flowing in each channel was adjusted automatically by using master-slave current-sharing computing method. When the current is higher than the given value, the over-current protection circuit switches off the power, and after delays a period, the system restores power. The measuring result show the designed power supply system can distributes two-channel currents, and the efficiency achieves more than 80%, the relative error of each current is lower than 3%.
