摘要
利用国家863电池试验室的设备,对变电站淘汰的一组电池做详细测试,研究实际使用中的电池的失效模式,掌握电池的外部特性,如电流、电压、温度等与失效模式的关系,构造电池的数学模型,对单体电池剩余容量及单只电池的健康度(SOH)进行预测,形成一套有效的预测算法,及早发现问题,及早处理,避免事故发生;采用单体电池主动均衡达到电池均衡的目的,提高电池的安全可靠性和使用寿命;采用IEC61850作为通讯协议,为实现智能变电站奠定基础;最终形成一套集电池运行参数在线监测及存储、电池组主动均衡、电池容量和健康度预测、IEC61850通讯的在线智能电池管理系统,真正实现蓄电池组在线维护和状态检修,适应智能变电站对电池管理的要求。
