摘要
无刷直流电机为工业缝纫机提供了动力,其控制系统要满足工业缝纫机动态响应快、调速范围大、稳态精度高、制动转速快等要求。提出了基于模糊PI算法的双闭环控制策略,以实现PI参数的自整定;并用软件方法解决了起动电流和堵转电流的矛盾;用三步制动法实现了快速制动。硬件上以XC888单片机为核心,设计了完整的无刷直流电机控制器。实验表明该设计达到了工业缝纫机对静态和动态性能的要求。
Brushless DC motor provides power for industrial sewing machine, its control system should meet the requirements of the machine, such as fast dynamic response, large speed range, high steady accuracy, fast braking, and so on. The paper proposed a double-loop control strategy based on fuzzy-PI algorithm to realize auto-tuning of PI parameters, resolved contradictions between starting current and stall current by software method, and achieved the rapid braking by three steps. In hardware circuit, a whole BLDCM controller was designed based on the XC888 microcontroller. Experiments show that this design meets the static and dynamic requirements of industrial sewing machines.
