摘要
通过正硅酸甲酯(TMOS)的水解缩合反应制备了聚甲氧基硅氧烷(PMOS),其分子式可表示为:[SiO_a(OH)_b(OCH_3)_c]_n。用丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEA)进行酯交换后,制的功能化产物聚丙烯酰氢基甲基硅氧烷(PAMOS),其分子式可表示为:[SiO_d(OH)_e(OCH_3)_f(OCH_2CH_2OCOCH=CH_2)_g]_k。通过二氧化硅分析、红外光谱(FTR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法确定了分子式中a、b、c、n及d、e、f、g、k的值,是一种比较方便、快捷且准确的方法。
Polymethoxysiloxanes ( PMOS) were prepared from hydrolytic conden-sation of tetramethoxysilane ( TMOS) , which could be represented by the formula: [ SiOa ( OH ) b ( OCH3 ) c ] n. Through ester exchange reaction with hydroxyethylacrylate ( HEA) , functional products, polyacrylmethoxysiloxanes ( PAMOS) , were obtained, which could be represented by the formula: [ SiOd (OH )c ( OCH3 ), ( OCH2 CH2 OCOCH = CH2 ) g] k. Values of a, b, c and n or d, e, f, g and k were determined through silica analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) analysis. Compared with others, that sort of method is simple,convenient and accurate.
