摘要
交通影响分析阈值的确定是进行交通影响分析的关键问题,本文通过对国外交通影响分析阈值研究的分析,结合我国城市交通特点、交通基础研究状况、土地开发和经济水平,提出不同类型建设项目交通影响分析阈值的确定方法,并且以北京市某区域为例,给出该方法的应用。
The determination of the threshold for TIA is one of the key issues in the research of Traffic Impact Analysis, This paper analyses the research of threshold for TIA abroad, considering the urban traffic characters, basic traffic research, land use and the economic development in China,and introduces to the theory of threshold for TIA and the method suitable for China. At last, application of this method in Beijing urben area is introduced, and the different land development threshold for TIA of the area is presented.
