骨科难愈性创面护理中应用自制简易负压封闭引流装置的操作方法和体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨自制简易负压封闭引流装置在骨科难愈性创面护理中的疗效及护理体会。方法 46例难愈性创面患者清创后,应用自制简易负压封闭引流装置进行持续封闭负压引流治疗,并配合护理干预。结果 46例患者经封闭负压引流治疗7~45 d后,11例患者创面肉芽新鲜,生长良好,创面愈合;35例患者术后创面逐步缩小,经植皮、皮瓣转移修复后,创面愈合。结论自制简易封闭负压引流装置能有效控制难愈性创面渗液及感染,可明显缩短伤口愈合时间,并降低医疗成本,易于临床护理及推广。
