摘要
目的分析山西省村卫生室卫生人力资源配置公平性,为卫生行政部门合理配置农村卫生资源提供科学依据。方法采用洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数和泰尔指数对2014年山西省村卫生室卫生人力资源配置公平性进行评价。结果山西省村卫生室卫生人力资源基尼系数均小于警戒线0.4,卫生人力资源配置公平性较好;区域内泰尔指数大于区域间泰尔指数。结论村卫生室中卫生人力资源配置公平性较好;村卫生室卫生人力资源配置的不公平性主要受区域内差异的影响。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the status of health human resources in Shanxi, evaluate the equity of health human resources, andto provide references for health administrator to make policies of optimizing health resources allocation. METHODS The equity ofhealth human resources allocation in Shanxi provice in 2014 were analyzed based on Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient and Theil index.RESULTS The Gini coefficient of practitioners(assistants), registered nurses, rural doctors, hygienists were less than 0.4; rural healthhuman resources have achieved better equity; inter-regional Theil index was greater than that between regions. CONCLUSION The eq-uity of health human resources among village clinics was acceptable. The internal inequlity among different areas was the main rea-son for the inequity of health resource allocation in village clinics in Shanxi province.
