摘要
高职院校扩招100万是多管齐下稳定和扩大就业的重要举措,具有服务国家全局发展的重大战略意义,体现了国家对高职教育作为中国教育改革探索者的期待和认可。高职扩招面临多重挑战,全方位、立体化的大改革是实现高质量扩招的法宝,要加强多方资源投入、引导地方强化支持、鼓励优秀院校率先响应,推动配套考试招生改革和教学模式变革,形成具有高职类型教育特征的评价标准体系等。
The expansion enrollment of million students in higher technical and vocational colleges is an important measure for stabilize and expanding employment in multi-channels,which has great strategic significance for serving the overall development of the nation,while reflects the nation’s expectation and recognition of higher technical and vocational education as an exploring way of Chinese education reform.The expansion of enrollment in higher technical and vocational education still faces multiple challenges.The comprehensive and solid reform is a magic weapon for achieving high-quality enrollment expansion,such as strengthening multi-party resources investment,guiding local authorities to intensify supports,encouraging excellent colleges to take the lead,promoting the reform of enrollment and teaching models,and finally establishing an evaluation standard system with characteristics of higher technical and vocational education.
