摘要
在介绍了Meta图概念的基础上,将其用于业务流程与流程知识的集成建模,提出建模步骤。然后对组织与流程知识的密切度进行分析,给出了基于Meta图的组织与流程知识的密切度的计算方法,并以某公司的产品开发流程为例。依据此计算方法,易于实现组织与流程知识之间密切度的量化分析,为知识管理系统如何主动将流程知识推送给与之关系密切的组织提供了理论依据,具有理论研究价值和实际意义。
The affinity between organization and process knowledge is analyzed and discussed in this paper.After introducing the basic concept of metagraph,the modeling steps of integrating business process and process knowledge are proposed.Then based on the analysis of the affinity between organization and process knowledge,the calculation based on metagraph is given,which is used to the production development process.The method is easy to implement the quantitative analysis of the affinity between organization and process knowledge,which provides a theoretical basis for the knowledge management system to push the process knowledge to the related organizations,and is of theoretical and practical value.
