摘要
结合大量典型公路上现场观测试验数据统计结果和室内外试验的对比分析,通过实际工程项目的验证和适用性分析,针对高速和一级公路提出设计检验和安全性评价的必评指标和参考指标,形成项目评价的总体流程和方法;系统提出了适合中国公路交通特点、驾驶行为特征以及道路环境的公路安全性评价指标和对应安全性的评价标准。工程试设计结果表明:评价系统的建立对中国标准、规范中已经引入的运行速度检验和安全性评价概念(体系)进行了深化和细化,补充和完善了中国现行公路设计理论和方法。
Combined with typical highway in-situ observation test data of statistical results and comparative analysis on the field data and theoretical data,through validation and suitability analysis of the practical engineering projects,aimed at design of expressway and the first class highway,authors pointed out the exact safety evaluation index and reference index for design inspection and safety evaluation,formed the overall process and method,also put forward highway safety evaluation index and the corresponding safety evaluation standard based on Chinese highway traffic characteristics,driving behavior characteristics and road environment. Results show that the system is verified with many practical highway projects.The evaluation system guides the detailed concept of safety inspection and evaluation based on operating speed.It is already mentioned in Chinese road design standards,and it supplements and improves the current highway design theory and method.
