摘要
本文提出了旨在解决储层保护和稳定成井的矛盾、提高成井效率和成井质量的同时实现储层保护、提高单井产量的储层保护成井技术:一是针对于多分支水平井提出了基于清水为钻井液的双管双循环携岩技术;二是针对单支水平井提出了基于可降解钻井液体系和基于后期改造的储层保护成井技术。已在ZS1P-5H井、QS12P1H井等6口井现场实践,其中QS12P1H完成1个主支、15个分支、33个脉支钻进,全井总进尺13270m,纯煤进尺10288m,实现了单井万米进尺无事故,日产气量最高达10000m^3。
The formation damage prevention well completion technologies are proposed for addressing the contradiction between the formation damage prevention and borehole stability,as well as improving well completion and wellbore quality and achieving formation damage prevention and enhancing well production:dual pipe dual circulation cutting carrying technology based on fresh water drilling fluid is proposed for multilateral horizontal well;formation damage prevention technologies based on dissolvable drilling fluid system and stimulation treatment are proposed for horizontal well.The proposed technologies have been applied in six wells like Well ZS1 P-5 H and Well QS12 P1 H.The Well QS12 P1 H was drilled with one main hole,15 branch holes and 33 vein holes with the total footage of 13270 m and the coalbed footage of 10 288 m,completing a non-accident 10000 m footage well with the gas production up to 10000 m^3/d.
