摘要
近年来,我国矿业企业对外投资迅猛发展,我国急需保护对外投资利益。而作为矿业企业对外投资中与东道国出现的摩擦,很大部分在于社会责任履行不到位,不能做好与东道国的协调,因此,本文从企业与东道国社会经济发展的视角出发,对矿业企业对外投资中应履行的社会责任进行分析,把企业社会责任研究领域的理论结合到矿业企业对外投资中,提出了矿业企业对外投资中的社会责任理论和内容。研究表明:矿业企业对外投资的社会责任既有一般跨国企业社会责任相关问题,又有其独特性,需要认真加以对待。
In recent years,mining enterprises have a rapid development in foreign investment. The country is in urgent need to protect interests of foreign investment. Owing to the lack of social responsibility and coordination,mining enterprises and host countries usually come into conflicts. Therefore this paper analyses mining enterprises' social responsibility in foreign investment from the view of the enterprises and host countries' social economic development. By combining the theory of enterprise's social responsibility with mining enterprise's foreign investment,this paper puts forward the social responsibilities that the mining enterprises should take in. The research shows that the mining enterprise's social responsibilities in foreign investment have something in common with general multinational enterprises' social responsibilities. However its uniqueness still needs to be treated seriously.
