摘要
利用山西省晋城市44年(1970-2013)逐年5县市降水资料,基于Z指数、降水距平、湿度指数等旱涝指标对晋城市旱涝进行时空规律分析和等级评定。结果表明:晋城市是个旱涝间发的地区,20%是非正常年份,干旱平均隔2年发生一次;晋城市发生大旱和大涝几率相当,而各县区普遍易发生年中短旱;20世纪70年代属于偏旱,80年代以涝居多,90年代偏旱,21世纪初偏涝;旱涝发生的频率有上升趋势;晋城市发生连旱时间不长,连旱1次(1978-1979年),连涝1次(1975-1976年),大涝2次(1982年沁水和1971年的陵川),2003年出现区域性洪涝灾害。小波分析表明:晋城市旱涝在3年的振荡周期最强;其次是19年的周期次强;7年左右周期最弱。
Using the rainfall data of 5 counties in Jincheng of Shanxi in past 44 years( 1970-2013),based on Z index,the index of recipitation anomaly,humidity,the paper analyzes space-time law of flood and drought index of Jincheng and grade evaluation. The results show that the Jincheng is a intermittent flood and drought area,20% is a not normal year,drought occurs every 2 years on average. Rates of big drought and big floods Jincheng are the same. Counties generally prone to occur mid-short drought. It belonged to the partial drought in 1970 s,continuous flood in 1980 s,partial drought in 1990 s,and partial continuous drought at the beginning of the21 st century. The frequency of drought and flood has a rising trend. Jincheng continuous drought time is not long,Continuous drought is 1 time( 1978-1979),the continuous flood( 1975-1976) is 1 time,big floods is twice in Lingchuan in 1972 and Qinshui in1982,and a regional floods in 2003. The wavelet analysis shows that the oscillation period of the strongest drought and flood is 3-year period in Jincheng; the stronger period is 19-year period; the weaker is about 7-year period.
