环氧基笼型倍半硅氧烷对氰酸酯树脂的增韧改性及固化反应性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过熔融共混法制备了高韧性氰酸酯树脂(CE)/八环氧基笼型倍半硅氧烷(G-POSS)杂化材料,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,G-POSS能提高CE的固化反应速率,增加材料的韧性;当G-POSS的含量为7份时,改性树脂固化物的冲击强度最高,达到23.8kJ/m2,与CE相比提高了158%。 A hybrid material was prepared via melt-blending method from glycidyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(G-POSS)and bisphenol-A dicyanate ester(CE).The structure of the hybrid was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and its properties were tested.It was revealed that the G-POSS could obviously accelerate the curing reaction of the resin.The toughness of the matrix was improved by G-POSS.The impact strength of G-POSS/CE hybrid materials was 23.8kJ/m2,which increased 158% compared with that of neat CE,when the content of G-POSS was 7 phr.
