摘要
研究了聚醚胺(D-230、T-403)、甲基四氢苯酐(MeTHPA)3种固化剂与氢化双酚A型环氧树脂的固化反应性能,针对不同体系的反应活性、固化反应动力学、凝胶时间、耐热性、力学性能和冲击断口的表面形貌进行了研究。结果表明,随着温度的升高,3种体系的凝胶时间均显著下降,其中MeTHPA体系的凝胶时间最短,耐热性能最好;T-403体系在室温下的剪切强度最大,达到30.059 MPa;D-230体系的冲击韧性较高,达到51.279kJ/m2;用这3种固化剂进行固化反应的表观活化能分别为56.55、63.99、67.60kJ/mol,其反应级数分别为0.865、0.902、0.998。
The curing reaction kinetics,apparent activation energy,and gel time of three curing systems,hydrogenated bisphenol-A epoxy resin with three curing agents,polyether amine D-230,polyether amine T-403,and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(MeTHPA)were studied.The thermal resistance,mechanical properties,and fractured surface morphology of the cured samples were characterized. With increasing temperature,the gel time of the three curing systems decreased noticeably,with that of the MeTHPA/epoxy system the shortest.The shear strength of T-403/epoxy cured product was 30.1 MPa.The impact toughness of D-230/epoxy cured product was the best.The apparent activation energy of those three systems was 56.6,64.0,and 67.6kJ/mol,and the reaction order was 0.87,0.90,and 1.00,respectively.
