摘要
采用价格低廉的原料,通过挤出成型法制备了低成本高脱硝效率的SCR催化剂载体,并研究了原料粒径对载体性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着原料粒径的减小,所制备的载体材料的气孔率、吸水率、收缩率、比表面积不断的增大,催化剂催化效率也在不断的提高。载体的气孔率、吸水率分别可达59.15%和45.68%,比表面积可达63.22m2/g,催化剂的脱硝效率最高可达93%。载体的成本只有商用催化剂载体的16%。
With cheap raw materials, the low cost and high denitration efficiency catalyst carrier was prepared by the method of extrusion molding. And the effect of powder particle size on performance of catalyst carrier were discussed. The results shows that porosity, water absorption, shrinkage rate, surface area of carrier material and that catalytic efficiency are constantly increasing with the decrease of particle size of raw powder. The porosity was 59.15%, the water absorption was 45.68%, and the surface area was 63.22m2/g, and the denitration efficiency of catalyst was up to 93%.The cost of carrier is only 16% of the commercial catalyst carrier.
