摘要
肠道正常微生物在平衡人体健康和疾病的过程中起着重要作用,如何对肠道菌群的丰度与数量变化进行全面分析是开展肠道微生态研究的瓶颈问题。通过查阅大量资料,总结了当前肠道菌群研究常用的方法及每种方法的优缺点,为进一步深入进行肠道微生态方面的研究提供参考。
Intestinal microorganisms play an important role in the maintenance of human health and prevention of disease. It is very important to analyze the intestinal flora well for further researches. Based on a number of reference literatures,we summarized most of the methods used in studying the intestinal flora,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each method,in order to provide useful reference for further studies on gut microflora.
