工作场所中钠及其化合物测定的ICP-MS法和FAAS法比较研究

摘要 目的通过对比测定工作场所中钠及其化合物的ICP-MS法与FAAS法,为工作场所中钠及其化合物的测定提供可靠的方法,从而保证工作人群的身体健康。方法空气中气溶胶态水溶性钠及其化合物(包括氢氧化钠和碳酸钠等)用微孔滤膜采集,水洗脱后,分别使用ICP-MS和FAAS测定。结果两种方法线性范围良好(r≥0.999 3),FAAS法相对标准偏差在1.7%~3.2%,加标回收率为96.4%~100.2%;ICP-MS法相对标准偏差在1.6%~3.3%,加标回收率为98.2%~104.5%。标准物质滤膜中钠(AK-QC204-1/AK-QC204-2),测定值均在标准值范围内,两种方法的测定值大体吻合。结论实验表明ICP-MS法方便快速、简单、准确,可用于工作场所中钠及其化合物含量的分析与测定。 Objective To comparison the determination of Na and its compounds in workplace air by ICP-MS and FAAS,to provide a method to comparison the determination of Na and its compounds in workplace air,to ensure the health of the working people.Methods Aerosol-soluble water-soluble Na and its compounds in air(Including sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate)were collected by millipore filter and washed by water and determined by ICP-MS and FAAS.Results Two method had good linear correlation(r≥0.999 3).FAAS,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)among 1.7%-3.2%,with the recovery rate of spiking samples were among 96.4%-100.2%;ICP-MS,the relative standard deviations(RSDs)among 1.6%-3.3%,with the recovery rate of spiking samples were among 98.2%-104.5%.Na in filter membrane(AKQC204-1/AK-QC204-2),the results of Na determinations in certified reference material for the two analytical techniques were compared and agreed well with the certified values.Conclusion Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of Na and its compounds in workplace air.
