摘要 目的:在幼儿园开展一系列儿童营养教育,通过膳食调查的方式,对此营养教育效果进行分析和评价,为改善幼儿的营养教育和膳食管理提供借鉴和参考,促使家长和幼儿园共同配合幼儿的健康饮食。方法:根据《中国学龄前幼儿膳食指南(2016)》,针对幼儿饮食行为习惯及幼儿膳食摄入基本情况设计调查问卷,并将得到的幼儿膳食调查问卷中的食谱录入营养计算器中计算出各营养素的摄入量,对食育前后期的统计数据进行对比分析。结果:营养教育后学龄前儿童通过膳食摄入的维生素B1含量有了显著提高,维生素B6、叶酸、维生素D的摄入也趋于合理。结论:通过开展蒙台梭利教学法系列活动,促进了学龄前儿童膳食摄入的合理化。 ObjectiveIn order to improve the preschool children's healthy diet,a series of nutrition education for children in the kindergarten were carried out,and the effects were evaluated by means of dietary survey.The result was supposedly used to provide the reference for nutrition education.Also,it could promote parents and kindergartens to work together to provide a healthy diet pattern for preschool children.Method The survey was designed according to the Chinese Dietary Guidelines for Preschool Children.Dietary behavior habits and the varieties of food were the main contents of questionnaire.The intakes of each nutrient were calculated by inputting the date into the nutrition calculator,and then compared the analysis of statistical data before and after nutrition education.Result The content of vitamin B1 in the preschool children's diet had been significantly improved,and the intake of vitamin B6,folic acid and vitamin D had also been more reasonable after nutrition education.Conclusion Through a series of Montessori teaching method activities,the rationalization of dietary intake of preschool children was promoted.
