摘要
目的:探讨综合营养干预对急性重症胰腺炎的治疗效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:随机选取辽宁中医药大学附属第四医院2017年1月—2018年3月急性重症胰腺炎患者93例,并随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合营养护理干预,比较两组患者干预后的治疗效果及免疫功能变化。结果:干预后观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),腹痛缓解时间、白细胞复常时间和血淀粉酶复常时间均显著短于对照组(P <0. 05),对照组的ICU停留时间和住院时间显著长于观察组,治疗前两组各免疫功能指标无差异,治疗后观察组的lgG、lgM、lgA、CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:在急性重症胰腺炎患者中采用综合营养干预具有较好的护理效果,可缩短治疗时间,提高免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nutritional intervention on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and its effect on patients’immune function.Method A total of 93 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly selected from January2017 to March 2018 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing interventions.The observation group took comprehensive nutritional nursing intervention.Treatment effects and immune function changes after patient intervention were compared between the two groups.Result The incidence of complications in the observation group after the intervention was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time for remission of abdominal pain,the duration of leukocyte relapse and the time of blood amylase normalization were all significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ICU stay and hospital stay were significantly longer than those in the observation group.There was no difference in immune function between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,lgG,lgM,lgA,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nutrition intervention in patients with severe acute pancreatitis has better nursing effect,which can shorten the treatment time and improve immune function.
