摘要
目的了解医务人员手卫生依从性情况,加强手卫生管理,提高手卫生依从性。方法 2017-2018年安排调查人员2次暗访观察医务人员手卫生依从情况,并对暗访结果进行分析总结。结果 2017-2018年手卫生依从率分别为30. 3%和29. 5%,护理人员手卫生依从性要明显高于其他岗位。结论 2次暗访调查的手卫生依从率均较低,尤其是门急诊科室。因此,需继续加强手卫生知识培训,制定确实可行持续改进干预措施,落实院科两级手卫生管理制定,提高医务人员手卫生依从性。
Objective To study the real situation of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff,strengthen hand hygiene management,improve hand hygiene compliance.Methods Two investigators were arranged to randomly observe the hand-hygiene compliance of medical staff and the compliance rate of hand hygienein different departments and posts from 2017 to2018,and the results of secret survey were analyzed and summarized.Results The total compliance rate of hand hygiene from 2017 to 2018 were 30.3%and 29.5%respectively.The compliance of hand hygiene of nursing staff was significantly higher than that of other posts.Conclusion The compliance rates of hand hygiene in the two surveys were both low,especially inoutpatient and emergency department.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to strengthen hand hygiene knowledge training,formulate feasible and sustainable improvement intervention measures,implement hand hygiene management at both hospital and department levels,and improve the compliance of medical staff.
