Numerical simulation of bending resilience of high strength and toughness steel

摘要 为了研究厚度和变形量对高强韧钢弯曲成形后回弹角的影响规律,利用三点弯曲试验机进行测试,通过有限元软件模拟了试验过程,提取有限元分析结果中材料内部弹性能及弹性能比例变化,分析影响回弹角的主要因素。结果表明,在一定变形量条件下,材料的相对变形程度越小,其回弹角越大,回弹角与弹性能所占的比例呈正比;在相同的材料厚度条件下,在一定变形量范围内,回弹角随相对变形程度的减小而增大,但当变形量较小时,虽然弹性能比例很大,但是材料弹性能总量较小,导致弯曲后回复能力较弱,出现回弹角减小的情况。 In order to study the influence of thickness and deformation on the rebound angle of high-strength and toughness steel after bending,the test was carried out by three-point bending tester,and the internal elastic energy of the material in the finite element analysis was extracted by using the finite element software to simulate the test process.The elastic energy ratio change analysis analyzes the main factors affecting the rebound angle.The result shows under the same deformation degree,the bigger the relative bending radius R/t of the material is,the bigger the springback angle is,and the springback angle is proportional to the elastic energy.In the material of the same thickness,the springback angle with relative bending deformation increases first and then decreases,when the strain is relatively small,although a large proportion of the elastic energy,but can lead to smaller amount of material elastic bending resilience is smaller,the rebound angle decreases.
