摘要
通过对265mm厚Q500DZ35钢板成分设计,采用洁净钢冶炼技术、自主知识产权的水冷模铸锭浇注、高温低速大压下轧制工艺及合理的热处理工艺,钢质洁净度高,有害元素残余极低,并有效控制了钢板的组织,细化钢板晶粒,使钢板的综合力学性能均匀稳定,经焊接性能评定试验验证,焊接性能稳定。成功实现了265mm厚Q500DZ35钢板的批量化生产,保证了钢板的各项质量指标均达到水电站用大厚度高强钢板的技术要求。
Through the composition design of Q500 DZ35 steel plate with the thickness of 265 mm,adopting the clean steel smelting technology,the water-cooled ingot casting with independent intellectual property rights,the high temperature,low speed and large reduction rolling technology and reasonable heat treatment technology,steel purity was high,the residual harmful elements were extremely low,and the microstructure of the effective control of the steel plate,refining plate grain,make the comprehensive mechanics performance of steel plate uniform stability,the welding performance qualification test,stable welding performance,the batch production of the Q500 DZ35 steel plate with the thickness of 265 mm has been successfully realized,ensuring that all properties of the steel plate meet the technical requirements of the large thickness and high strength steel plate for hydropower station.
