摘要
现代医院管理中,没有多个职能部门的合作已经很难解决系统性的管理问题。绍兴市人民医院借鉴临床多学科合作(multi disciplinary team,MDT)诊疗模式,探索建立了适合医院实际的"行政MDT"管理模式,打破了职能部门之间的界限,避免了职能部门之间的冲突,有效提升了医院行政管理的效率和效能。
In modern hospital management, it is difficult to solve the problem of systematic management without the cooperation of many functional departments. Drawing on clinical MDT diagnosis and treatment mode, the actual administrative MDT management model in Shaoxing People's Hospital was established. The new mode has broken the boundaries between functional departments, prevented the conflict between the functional departments and ef ectively improved the efficiency and ef ectiveness of hospital administration.
