摘要
区域医联体作为推动分级诊疗的重要载体,早在2012年便在北京市试点推行。北京市某区域医联体作为北京市推动分级诊疗的试点之一,运行3年多以来,积累了很多经验,成效也初步显现,但也遇到些许问题需进一步探索,如医联体内各级医疗机构分工尚不明确、协作不够紧密、二级医疗机构的枢纽作用发挥得不够充分、缺乏信息共享平台等。探索医联体内各级医疗机构间分工明确、协作紧密的高效运行机制,完善考核与激励机制,加强基层能力建设,统筹规划信息平台建设已迫在眉睫。
As an important countermeasure to implement hierarchical treatment, regional medical alliance was pilot carried out in Beijing in 2012. As one of pilot regional medical alliance to promote hierarchical medical treatment, a district level regional medical alliance has been run for more than three years. It has accumulated a lot of experience, got some success and also faced some problems such as ambiguous function division among institutes, incomplete cooperation, and inadequate roles play of secondary hospital and lack of information system. It needs to identify functions among institutes, build effective cooperation mechanism, improve assessment and incentive mechanism, promoting capacity building in primary medical institutes and integrating information platform.
