摘要
医用耗材管理是医院管理的重要内容,受到医院管理者高度重视。介绍了医用耗材分类管理模式,即高值耗材"零库存"模式和低值耗材"库存最低化"模式,在分析医用耗材准入存在问题的基础上,分析了中山大学附属第一医院新医用耗材准入流程与准入评价,并从挖掘医用耗材成本缩减空间、监控高值耗材使用、跟踪同类产品使用情况3个方面介绍了医院耗材使用效益分析方法与成效。
Medical material management is an important part of hospital management and has been paid most attention by hospital administrators. Zero storage mode on expensive material and lowest storage mode on low price medical material are introduced. Based on the analysis of the problems of medical material admission,medical material ef ectiveness analysis method and ef ect in Sun Yat Sen University Affiliated the 1st Hospital are introduced in aspects of reducing cost,monitoring expensive medical material use and tracking similar products.
