微小RNA在调控血管平滑肌细胞凋亡与心血管疾病的联系与临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是由18~22核苷酸组成的非编码微小RNA,它在体内动态平衡调节和疾病发生发展等许多方面发挥重要作用,经研究已被证实参与心血管疾病的发病机制,包括动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、高血压和支架术后狭窄。miRNAs在血液循环中稳定存在,它可调控血管平滑肌细胞的增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等,其中细胞凋亡对心血管疾病有特殊生理病理意义,因此可能是心血管疾病诊断治疗的新热点。笔者旨在综述miRNAs调控血管平滑肌细胞凋亡与心血管疾病的联系与临床应用,为miRNAs调节血管平滑肌细胞功能,参与心血管疾病的研究网络提供一定的理论依据。 microRNAs are non-coding microRNAs composed of 18-22 nucleotides,which play an important role in many aspects such as homeostasis regulation and disease development.They have been confirmed to be involved in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,including atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,hypertension,and stent stenosis.miRNAs are stable in the blood circulation,which are regulate the proliferation,differentiation,migration,and apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cells.Apoptosis has special physiological and pathological significance for cardiovascular diseases,so it may be a new hot spot for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.This article aims to review the association and clinical application of miRNAs in regulating vascular smooth muscle cell apoptosis and cardiovascular disease.It provides a theoretical basis for the research network of miRNAs regulating the function of vascular smooth muscle cells which involved in cardiovascular disease.
