恩必普联合金纳多治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效观察

摘要 目的观察恩必普软胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照法将急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为恩必普与金纳多联合应用治疗组,和单用金纳多对照组2周为一疗程。比较治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周mRs、NIHSS评分。结果治疗组mRs0-3分的病例百分比明显高于对照组,4-5分百分比明显低于对照组具有统计学意义(P【0.05);治疗组与对照组NIHSS评分在治疗后2周后比较有显著差异(P【0.01)。结论恩必普与金纳多联合应用治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效显著。
