摘要
目的观察护理干预对脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者康复的影响。方法将我科2011年8月至2012年3月收治的脑卒中吞咽困难患者98例随机分为对照组和干预组各49例,对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组采用早期护理干预,比较两组的症状变化及护理效果。结果干预组误咽程度明显降低,吞咽功能提高。结论对脑卒中吞咽困难患者实施早期护理干预,可改善患者的吞咽功能,减少并发症,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation effects of nursing interference on cerebral stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 98 cerebral stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=49 each):control group and interfering group,which were treated as nursing interference methods,while routine nursing methods were treated in the control group,then we summarized all different changing syndromes between the 2 groups,and analysed the different nursing effects.Results The interfering group can lower the occurrence level of aspiration,and improve the function of swallowing movements significantly.Conclusions Early nursing interference methods on cerebral stroke patients with dysphagia can making significant improvement on function of swallowing movements,reducing the complications,as also highlighting the quality of life.
