厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法将96例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,观测服药后的血压变化。结果服药12周后,观察组显效28例,有效16例,总有效率为91.7%;对照组显效21例,有效15例,总有效率为75.0%。两组之间总有效率有显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪能有效治疗原发性高血压,疗效可靠。
