摘要
目的通过观察我院收治的动静脉内瘘行血透治疗患者临床治疗与诊断资料,探讨分析采用彩色多普勒超声对该疾病患者临床价值。方法对2012年1月至2012年10月期间我院收治60例拟造瘘患者的临床诊断报告进行回顾性分析。结果 60例患者中内瘘血流量低、正常以及高患者的成功造瘘例数分别为15例、34例以及11例,正常组成功率显著高于其余两组(p【0.05);不同血流量分组患者的术前动、静脉内径】2mm的比率差异显著(p【0.05)。结论采用彩色多普勒超声对动静脉内瘘行血透治疗患者进行诊断,有利于评估手术前的血管状况、监测内瘘状态,提高临床治疗质量水平,具有较高的临床诊断价值,值得临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To observe the treatment and diagnosis data of patients with arteriovenous fistula after dialysis and analyze the clinical value of colour doppler imaging.Methods Clinical analysis reports of 60 cases of patients planned to be given fistulization were retrospectively analyzed.Results Successful fistulization cases of patients with low,normal and high blood speed were respectively 15,34 and 11.Success rate of normal group was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05);there were significant difference among rates of artery and vein inner diameter before operation >2cm of different blood amount groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Colour doppler imaging for diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula with dialysis can help in evaluation of vessel condition before operation and supervision of fistula condition and improve clinical treatment level.It’s very valuable in clinical diagnosis and should be popularized.
